We deliver throughout Mainland UK using a national carrier. All prices are quoted excluding delivery charges, which will be added at checkout.
As most of our products are made to order and may pass through several manufacturing processes, please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
If you would like your order to be left at your address when no one is available to sign for it, you may provide these instructions during checkout. Please note that goods left without a signature are left entirely at your own risk, and we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage once delivery has been completed in accordance with your instructions.
Orders are normally packaged in polythene bags. While these provide protection against light showers, they are not waterproof and may not adequately protect goods during prolonged or heavy rainfall.
Unless you have specifically instructed otherwise, deliveries will require a signature. If no one is available to accept the delivery, the carrier will leave a card advising that a delivery attempt has been made. It is your responsibility to contact the carrier to arrange a redelivery at a mutually convenient time.
If the carrier is not contacted within 7 days, the goods may be returned to us. Should you still require delivery of the returned goods, we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee to cover the extra costs incurred.
You agree that the proof of delivery provided by our carrier shall be sufficient evidence that the goods have been delivered and received.
