We were looking at buying a new sofa as ours was very uncomfortable thanks to poor quality cushion inserts. Then I looked at a local company who were going to charge us over £300 per cushion! We then went back to looking for a new sofa….then I found this website. I ordered 1 x cushion – just to make sure I liked the quality – and had a few issues measuring. The customer service was so good and they told me exactly what I needed to do. The cushion arrived and I was so thrilled with the results and comfort, I ordered all the others right away! Great price, excellent customer service, fast delivery, amazing quality. Great outcome thank you . The cushions were to replace worn out sofa seating pads in a much used sofa, which we didn’t want to throw out – too comfortable overall. I measured myself with good guidance for measuring tool on-line, good advice which foam and foam cover to us – ,with result that we have right combination of firmness and softness and sofa is back to being the comfy lounge pad it was. The price was reasonable too. Lead in time to delivery was really good and cushions came well packed and protected. Can recommend highly.
